Best for length and volume
Wefts
There are many types of wefts in the hair extension world today. The hair weft is a collection of hair strands sewn onto a super-thin strip ready for wear. Your stylist will create a beaded base with your biological hair and then sew in your wefts. After 5-8 weeks, wefts are removed and re-installed. These hair extensions are typically reusable between 6-9 months of full time wear. Wefts are great for full coverage volume looks.

Best for volume
Tape- In
Taking two Tape-in panels with medical grade adhesive, your stylist will apply a small amount of your biological hair in between both panels. After 4 to 8 weeks, panels are taken off and re-taped making the extensions reusable up to 6 months or so. This option creates great coverage for straggly ends or face frame.
Best for length and volume
K-tip
Starting with a small amount of Remy hair about the size of a grain of rice- I warm the attachment point with your own hair. either in layers one length, to achieve a perfectly natural look. These extensions hang individually by tiny micro-attachments placed 1/4" away from the scalp so your own hair can move and grow! Last 3 to 5 months. K-Tips are great for women who prefer lower in salon maintenance.

I-Tip
Also known as Micro ring or beaded hair extensions, I-tip is a technique of fitting or installing hair strands using small beads that attach to the hair near the root. They call them I-tip because all of hair strands are help together with a single shoestring like tip. This hair is reusable up to 9 months of full-time wear. These are great for clients who like the versatile up-styling.

How do I become a hair extension client?
Request a consultation through our website by clicking the button below and filling out our quick form. Within 24 hours, you will get a text message from our team to schedule an a consultation. .
What do hair extensions cost?
Price varies depending on desired look anywhere between $800 - $4,000.
Is my consultation complimentary?
No, consultation is $100. If you decide to book a hair extension/hair replacement appointment, a retainer of 50% is due day of booking.
What is included in my initial hair extension appointment?
In addition to getting the hair of your dreams, you will be offered snacks and champagne during your service and you will go home with a hair care gift bag.
Are all hair extensions created equal?
No. Hair extension methods, companies, suppliers and stylists can vary greatly in quality. The quality of the application is only as good as the stylist that is applying it. At BCY Artistry, we invest in continued hair extension education and create a high-end service for our clients. Your stylist is here to ensure that your hair extension application is not only perfectly applied, but that you are able to relax throughout the process.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times can vary greatly depending on the service. Your stylist will provide you with a more accurate appointment time upon booking.
What does “certified” mean?
A “certified” hair extension stylist has taken some form of formal education to learn the method of applying hair extensions. When choosing a stylist for hair extensions, it’s important to clarify. An uncertified stylist may be self-taught or have gained their knowledge outside of formal education.
What should I look for for when hiring a hair extension professional?
Like hiring any professional, it’s important to look for someone that is highly experienced. I have taken extensive certifications and continued education for hair extensions and continue to grow my skillset to bring the best possible service and experience to my clients.
Can I finance my hair extension service?
Yes! We offer financing for hair extensions through Cherry Financing. This third-party financing service can show you possible financing options with no hard credit check. If you would like to apply for financing, you can do so here.
Salon Policy
1. Tardiness
We offer a grace period (up to 15 minutes), and anything later requires rescheduling and a late-cancellation fee (cost of the appointment).
2. Cancellations
A missed appointment is a loss to us both. Please give 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the mandatory cancellation fee(cost of the appointment).
3. No-Shows
Missed appointments incur a 100-percent service fee and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling the next appointment. Second No-Show Appointment is subject to forfeit any further time on our schedule.
4. Payments
All services may be paid for with cash or credit card.
5. No Guest Policy
We enforce a no-guest policy. This allows us to move around our workspace to create freely. No child is permitted in the salon unless she/he has an appointment and is accompanied by an adult not being concurrently serviced.
6. Privacy
When we ask for a client’s health history and credit card information, we assure you that we’ll keep your information secure. Your service provider is the only person who has access to the information and how it’s used. The information is never sold or shared; it’s always kept private for your protection.
7. No Alterations to color or extensions can be made in between appointments by you or another stylist. If alterations are made to your color or extensions in between appointments, you may forfeit your upcoming appointments.
